First and most importantly — Broden is good! He is very sore, but thankfully nothing that some good drugs, lots of rest, and a little time won’t fix.

There are so many people we need to thank.

To the track response crew, thank you for being there immediately and doing what you do. To Cypress Advanced First Aid Services Ltd and Hutch Ambulance, thank you for taking great care of Broden.

To the ER nurses and doctors, thank you for your care, kindness, and for making sure our boy was okay.

And then there is our race track family. ❤️

Racing is about so much more than cars, points, trophies, and competition. When something like this happens, none of that matters. Everyone becomes one big family. You all know who you are. Our surrounding pits especially for just being right there with us.

The number of people who came to us, called, messaged, checked in, and made sure Broden — and the rest of us — were okay was amazing. We are incredibly lucky to have the racing community that surrounds us. Big thanks to the other moms for holding up this mom! When your shock wears off its a good time to sit.

Also thank you to Myles Lowen. Watching you leap out of your own car to check on Broden after the rollover is something we won’t forget.

Race cars can be fixed. The people inside them are what matters.
