Sometimes we need to move inward, take innovatory of the things we hold onto but no longer need, detach from people, places, things that no longer serve us. Today - let go, make room and breath!

We can look at the word “change” in so many different ways. Everything around us in nature changes on its own, naturally, continually.
As this says, as humans, we tend to resist change. Perhaps we should embrace it, welcome it and use it for the benefits it may bring. Let’s allow a ourselves to bloom and grow.
