We're Hiring! – Patient Care Coordinator
Alpine Dental Clinic is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team!
We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people. Being able to multitask, stay organized, and work well with others is important.
What does the role involve?
- Welcoming patients and providing a great experience from start to finish
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries
- Coordinating hygiene appointments, recalls, and treatment scheduling
- Following up with patients and helping keep our schedules running smoothly
- Processing payments and assisting with insurance information
- Working closely with our dental team to provide excellent patient care
- No evenings or weekends
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team
Dental or administrative experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person!
