✨ Meet Your Therapist ✨

Hi, I’m Maeridith, a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (Q). I work with adolescents, adults, and families, providing psychotherapy with a focus on anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, depression, and relational challenges.

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for nearly 8 years and a therapist for 3 years, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered.

Outside of session, you’ll usually find me walking my dog, or spending time with family and friends. I’m always up for a good reality TV moment or cuddling up with a book. I also love traveling and exploring new cultures and history.
