That stiff, tight, “I just need to stretch” feeling is way too easy to ignore.

Several weeks ago had the pleasure of having breakfast at The Freight Shed at the Terrace in beautiful Baddeck with his good friend Captain Dave.
For my breakfast I had the Eggs Benedict. 😋 Delicious! It was a great way to start off my day before an afternoon of sailing. Love the service and atmosphere here!
