Erika is completely right. Failure to prepare is to prepare for failure. One of our best tools is our own brains. Cleaning can be overwhelming and we find the best way to combat that is to do an initial inspection upon arrival and removing regular obstacles so we can better budget our time and hopefully leave the clients to-do list a little shorter!

We have all been there. Your bluest eyeshadow breaks in your vanity, your brand new blue hair-dye spills in the drawers, your children use their blue raspberry toothpaste as paint; the list goes on. There is no shame in having bathroom drawers that look like this! The only shame would be not calling Shoreline Cleaning to the rescue😉

More seriously, what an incredible before and after! Amanda is one of our fastest, most thorough cleaners and although this job was challenging, she never gave up. Thank you Amanda for ensuring our clients always get the best results!

Let’s answer some questions!

1. Do I need to be home when the cleaners are in?
No you dont! All of our cleaners are required to submit a criminal record check upon hiring so you dont have to worry! As long as you are comfortable, we are too!
2. No you do not have to provide your own products and tools. At Shoreline, we use the highest quality, eco-friendly products as well as commercial grade vacuums so we can guarantee a professional clean. However, if there are products you would prefer us to use, we are more than happy to do that!
3. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel your assigned cleaner isn’t the right fit, simply let us know. We will listen to your feedback and match you with another member of our team. We all have different strengths and skill sets which is the beauty of hiring through a company. We are committed to finding the right fit for your needs.
