Unfortunately, due to continued increases in fuel costs, travel time, and overall operating expenses, a few updates are being made to ensure I can continue offering consistent, high-quality bodywork and rehabilitation services across Central Alberta.
๐) ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐ง๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ)
Travel is calculated based on round-trip driving time from Sylvan Lake:
* Base travel fee: $25
* 0โ30 minutes (round trip): $20โ30
* 30โ60 minutes (round trip): $50
* 60โ90 minutes (round trip): $70
* 90โ120 minutes (round trip): $90
* 2+ hours: Custom quote
Travel fees are always based on round-trip time, not one-way.
If multiple horses are booked at the same barn or location, travel fees may be split between clients to help reduce costs for everyone.
Example:
If a location like Ponoka is approximately 35 minutes one way (around 70 minutes round trip), it falls into the 60โ90 minute travel zone = $70 travel fee.
๐) ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐
As of ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ, bodywork sessions will be adjusted to:

This small increase reflects rising costs of fuel, supplies, education, insurance, and overall cost of living, while continuing to ensure every horse receives a thorough, individualized, and high-quality treatment experience.

Invoices ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ within ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ will be subject to a ๐๐% ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐.
This ensures smooth business operations and allows consistent availability for all clients.

I am currently waiting on equipment to arrive from the United States, and once it lands, I will be releasing new packages, bundles, and performance-focused options designed to elevate equine recovery and maintenance even further.
