It is soul-led, truth-rooted, and built from lived experience — not trends, not bypassing, and not spiritual perfectionism.
It was born from survival and shaped by Spirit.
Everything I lived through — addiction, homelessness, domestic violence, mental health struggles, and the long road of recovery — didn’t disconnect me from spirituality. It initiated me into it. I learned that spirituality isn’t something you practice only when life is calm; it’s something you cling to when everything familiar is stripped away. It’s the quiet guidance that keeps you breathing when you don’t know how to keep going. It’s the unseen support that meets you in the darkest moments and whispers, rise anyway.
Rise Up with Tamara exists because spirituality is meant to be lived, embodied, and integrated — not separated from real life. This business was created to bridge the gap between spiritual guidance and human experience. Between intuition and action. Between healing and accountability. Between divine support and personal responsibility.
This is a spiritual business because the work is sacred.
Every session, message, and offering is rooted in connection — to Source, Spirit, intuition, and the inner wisdom each person carries. Mediumship, intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, and mentorship aren’t used here as predictions or escapes — they’re tools for empowerment, clarity, and transformation. The goal is never dependency. The goal is sovereignty.
Rise Up was never meant to “fix” anyone. It exists to help people remember who they were before trauma, addiction, fear, or survival took the lead. To help them trust themselves again. To help them recognize that their experiences didn’t disqualify them — they prepared them.
