🎉 Post-partum rehab is back!!!
I can’t wait to get back into teaching this program!

Focusing on:
➰breath work
➰core strength
➰glute strengthening
➰ postural rehab

Beginning: June 1
Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30pm
Duration: 4 weeks
2X per week (8 classes total)
Covered under most insurance policies

‼️spots are limited so please DM me as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
