So happy for Sahib having perfect vision!

This young man had myopia that was getting worse every year.

The problem? Sahib loves to swim and play basketball. Glasses and contacts made that difficult for him.

His parents brought him in for Ortho-k instead of glasses. Now he can swim and play basketball without any lenses on.

ATTENTION WINDSOR DOCTORS:

Raw slit lamp video showing a woman who's vision was restored after 20 years.

History: Fatima underwent bilateral corneal transplants in 2003 which fixed her eye disease (Keratoconus) but it also created severe distortion in her vision. This could not be corrected with eyeglasses.

Sadly, Fatima suffered with very poor vision for over 20 years until she was referred to Orbit for a consultation.

Using modern diagnostic technology such as Corneal Topography, Anterior Segment OCT and Wavefront Over-Refraction, Fatima's vision was completely restored in both eyes.

Fatima had lost vision 20 years ago when she had corneal transplants in both eyes. She wasn't blind, but her vision was greatly reduced, to the point she couldn't legally drive, read signs or see people's faces. She just accepted this was her vision for life.

Until Fatima was referred to Orbit Contact Lens by a very caring eye doctor in Windsor.

After her consultation, we had good news for Fatima. We would be able to restore her vision with custom scleral lenses that she could wear. She was happy, but still not sure what this meant.

The lenses were placed on her eyes, and Fatima was brought to the front office to experience her new vision.

Fatima was instantly reduced to tears as she looked out the window of the office.

"I can see the colours," she said, unable to speak more.

Incredibly, Fatima's vision was just 20/200 and 20/60 before being fully corrected in both eyes! 😍
