Well said FINE Counselling…

It can be easy to think you haven't made any progress, whether that be in counselling or in other aspects of your life. Pause, look back, and acknowledge the strength it took to get here, even if the journey isn’t finished.

Healing isn’t linear, and progress doesn’t always feel loud or obvious, somewhere along the way there is a past version of you that would be proud of how far you’ve come.

We are finally running our DBT skills group... in person! Join us for 1 module or all 4, a total of 13 weeks where we explore coping skills in Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Mindfulness. Each session is $60 and is running weekly, starting May 12th from 3 - 430pm.
