Identity Threat has shown up A LOT in my close relationships lately…. Like the last 3 years 🤣

The way I live my life seems to trigger some of the very people closest to me… because something inside is saying “well I didn’t do it that way, so one of us must be wrong”…. And I’m just here to say, the ego should have her day in the sun (goodness knows she will take it), but that who I am and what I am doing has nothing to do with you.
