The biggest surprise in all of this wasn’t the decision.
It was the process, and the funny things is that at the end of it, I was like DUH!! It was there the whole time.

For a while, I thought I was searching for clarity. Looking back, I can see I was actually collecting it. Every question I asked. Every idea I explored. Every time something felt lighter or heavier. Every conversation. Every quiet moment. None of it was wasted. It was all showing me the next piece of the path.

I think we often believe clarity arrives as one big moment.
But sometimes it arrives as a hundred small moments that, one day, become impossible to ignore.

If you’re in a season where you’re questioning something, whether it’s your work, a relationship, a dream, or simply who you’re becoming, maybe you don’t need all the answers today.
Maybe your only job is to keep listening.

Thank you for witnessing this chapter with me.
It changed me in ways I’ll carry for the rest of my life. 🤍

Take some time just for you this Sunday. As you sit or lay beneath the trees, you will be treated to a beautiful, enchanting sounds bath. Give yourself full permission to be held and allow your nervous system to settle. We’ll then move into a nourishing somatic breathwork journey guiding you to listen within, to your inner voice calling you home. A voice that’s so often muffled amongst all the doing in our everyday life. Join us for Breath & Sound in the Woods, this Sunday, and come back home to you!

Maybe you don’t need to push harder. Maybe you need space to come back to yourself.

You’ve been showing up, holding it all together, taking care of everyone else, but when was the last time you truly paused long enough to hear yourself?

Breath & Sound in the Woods is an invitation to step away from the noise and reconnect with the part of you that has been there all along.

Together, we’ll slow down with:• a grounding meditation• guided somatic breathwork• a deeply restorative sound journey
• time to connect, reflect, and simply be held by nature

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space to breathe, soften, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

Sunday, July 26 | 2–4 PMTerrace, BC Limited spots available$77

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more like you.

I don’t think we’re here to constantly reinvent ourselves. I think we’re here to remember ourselves. To peel back the expectations, the people-pleasing, the constant pressure to be more, and reconnect with the part of us that has always known what feels true.

The version of you you’re looking for may not be waiting somewhere ahead. She may already be here, quietly waiting for you to come back.

Coming home to yourself • Self-trust • Personal growth • Somatic breathwork • Mindful living

We had more planned today (and things I was genuinely looking forward to!) But instead, came back to the house, grabbed our stuff, and went to lounge at the pool.

If you only saw this moment, you’d probably think today was slow. Ha! Nope. What you didn’t see was getting up early to get to the Canada vs Morocco World Cup watch party, standing for hours in the crowds, navigating everyone’s nervous systems, including my own, after another full day yesterday spent shopping and ending the night at Playland.

The biggest surprise in this season of my life is that I finally have the energy to do so much more. I want to walk everywhere. Explore everything. Say yes to every experience.
And that’s exactly another reason why I’ve had to learn that just because I can doesn’t mean I have to.

A few years ago, I would have pushed through because I didn’t want to miss out. Today, I still felt a little disappointed changing the plan. But I also knew that protecting my energy meant I’d enjoy the rest of this trip so much more.

I’ve learned that listening to my body isn’t holding me back. It’s one of the greatest gifts I can give myself.

The places will still be there. Today, rest was part of the adventure too. 🤍
