Located at Nourishing Life Wellness Clinic in Terrace, BC, this space was created with intention—to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and whole-body balance, along with the team of practitioners that work here.

I am a certified reflexologist with a passion for weaving sound frequency and sound medicine into my sessions. Each treatment is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural healing rhythms.
