It's been a bit since I've introduced myself on here so I thought I'd say hi, re-introduce myself, and let you know a bit about what I've been up to lately.
I'm Sarah and I'm the owner and sole practitioner of Balance & Flow Craniosacral Therapy. I've been practicing for just over three years, and I truly love what I do. I feel privileged that I get to hold space and support my clients as they release what no longer serves them, to help them move forward along their healing journeys, their highest paths forward, and their coming home to themselves.
My Craniosacral Therapy treatment space is part of my home in Kintore, Ontario. My family and I moved to Kintore just about a year ago, and we've been loving the area and the people we've gotten to meet - the clients, the neighbours, and the people (and dogs!) around town.
My family consists of a dog named Frank and a cat named Jenga (both pictured in the photo, keeping me company while I study π€), and a wonderfully supportive partner / business consultant / volunteer Craniosacral Therapy patient, who is my biggest fan and who I feel lucky to be doing life with.
In my spare time you can find me walking my dog around town, or in the backyard reading, enjoying the sunshine, or trying to keep up with weeding the gardens. I'm currently reading the book for Craniosacral Therapy level 3 - it's absolutely fascinating, and I'll be taking the course this fall.
If you have any questions about Craniosacral Therapy or otherwise, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
I offer both 60 and 90 minute treatment sessions, with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability in the hopes that my offerings are accessible to everyone.
Thank you for being here, and if you've gotten this far, thanks so much for reading. π
Sarah
