Your C-section scar is doing more than you think. And most women are never told what to look for.

Scar tissue doesn’t stay local. It adheres to the layers beneath it, restricts movement, disrupts core connection, and can contribute to hip tightness, back pain, and bladder issues years after surgery.

The shelf, the numbness, the pulling when you stand tall. These are not things you just have to live with. They are signs your scar needs attention.

And it is never too late to address it. Whether you’re six weeks or six years postpartum, scar tissue can still be treated.

If you’re not sure where to start, I made a guide for exactly this. Link in bio.

Save this and send it to a C-section mama who needs to hear it. 💚

You spent months preparing for birth. Nobody told you what comes after.

The fourth trimester is demanding. Your core has shifted, your hormones are still changing, and your body is recovering from a major event on very little sleep.

Most women are sent home and told to rest for six weeks. You deserved more than that.

What happens in this window sets the foundation for how your body functions for years to come.

Link in bio if you need a starting point. Save this for a mama who needs to hear it.

Strong looks different postpartum. And nobody told you that. 💚

Most women come to me wanting to feel strong again. But they’re measuring strength by the wrong things. How much they can lift. How fast they got back to the gym. Whether or not something hurts.

Real postpartum strength is quieter than that. It’s breathing mechanics that work. A pelvic floor that can lengthen and lift. A core that manages pressure under load without leaking, doming, or compensating.

That foundation is what everything else gets built on. And it starts earlier and looks different than most people expect.

If you’re not sure where to begin, I made a guide for exactly that. Link in bio.

Save this for the next time someone tells you to just get back to the gym. 💚

You were told to bounce back. Nobody told you how. 💚

You got cleared at 6 weeks, told to do your kegels, and sent on your way. And when things still didn’t feel right, you were told it was just part of motherhood.

It’s not.

Leaking, pressure, a core that doesn’t feel like yours, pain that lingers, these are signs your body needed more support than it got. And that is not your fault.

You deserved better information from the start. The good news is it’s never too late to get it.

If you’re feeling lost in your postpartum recovery or don’t know where to start after your clearance, I made a guide for exactly that. Link in bio.

Save this and send it to a mama who needs to hear it. 💚
