Morning motivation! Did you know that 150 minutes of exercise a week ( only two and a half hours) has been found to decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety by 60%!!!!! So nice to know that so much of our health and well-being is under our control!!

Happy Friday everybody! It was great to be on holidays but it’s even greater to be back! Some of the wonderful things patients mentioned to us this week include: Being able to now sleep through the night without pain, Being able to climb the stairs confidentially and lead with either leg, and not remembering the last time they had a headache, when they were suffering from then daily in the past😊
