For anyone new here, hi, I’m Dr. Bronwyn 👋 I’m a naturopathic doctor and my practice combines a deep understanding of both fertility & metabolic health.

At first glance, those two things might not seem connected. But what the research shows, and what I see clinically every single day, is that metabolic health plays a critical role in fertility. Insulin resistance, inflammation, oxidative stress, and poor metabolic flexibility can all contribute to things like impaired egg quality, thin endometrial lining, endometriosis, PCOS, and many other factors that directly impact reproductive outcomes.

That’s where my passion lives. Supporting metabolism & sustainable weight loss to improve fertility outcomes, while also boosting energy, body composition, and overall quality of life. A true win-win, always ✨

Sometimes you jump into something hard without all the prep and end up surprising yourself with what you can achieve 🙏🏻

This weekend was exactly that for me: committing to something tough, pushing through, and coming out the other side feeling strong, proud, and grateful 💪🏻

Huge shout-out to my amazing teammate — the one who had the idea to race together, cheered me through every station, and balanced our strengths and weaknesses so well!

Turning 35 is often seen as a “milestone” in fertility. Research shows that egg quality and ovarian reserve begin to decline more noticeably around this age and chromosomal abnormalities may increase.

But age is only part of the story. There are many ways we can support fertility and keep reproductive health functioning as optimally as possible.

This year I turned 35, and protecting my fertility has become even more important - not because I’m actively trying to conceive, but because I want to keep that door open in case we ever decide to grow our family. As a fertility-focused naturopath, I’ve seen how valuable it is to focus on what’s within our control.

To me, one of the beautiful things about naturally supporting fertility is that it’s deeply connected to overall wellness, longevity, and optimal health. Whether or not I’m trying to conceive, the habits I’m leaning into like nutrient-dense food, exercise, sleep, stress management, thoughtful supplementation, and reducing toxic exposures, are helping me support both my fertility and my health for the long term ♥️

Meet Jaime👩🏼‍⚕️✨

I am so excited to announce that Jaime will be joining my private, virtual practice starting in May! Jaime is a naturopathic medical graduate passionate about all things women’s wellness - the perfect addition to my team! While Jaime awaits her licensing exams to become a regulated ND, she will be seeing all of my new & existing patients, under my direct guidance and supervision. We will be offering the same great care, lab testing, prescriptions, supplement recommendations, etc, but now you will get 2 of us, instead of 1 👯‍♀️

Jaime is passionate about helping women optimize their hormonal health to help them feel their best - whether that means having a healthy baby, painless periods, or more energy to do the things they love. During her last year as a clinical intern, her focus was in fertility, pregnancy support, and postpartum care, as well as other hormonal concerns such as PCOS, painful or abnormal periods, PMS, acne, and more. That said, she works with all men and women, looking to live symptom-free and optimize their overall wellness. There is no doubt that you will be in great hands with Jaime, but please know that all assessments and recommendations will continue to be made by me.

My last day of work will be March 31st before I take off on a short maternity leave 👶🏼

For any NEW patients: I will only be accepting new bookings until Feb. 23 - so book in quickly to get started on your wellness plan!
