People often ask me, "Why did you choose this path?"

The truth is, I didn't create Foot & Soul Temple Spa just to offer treatments. I created it because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and in need of a safe space to simply breathe.

Healing has been a big part of my own journey, and it's taught me that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down and allow ourselves to receive care.

When you walk through my door, you're not just another appointment. My goal is for you to feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

Whether you come for Reflexology, Reiki, an Indian Head Massage, or simply because you need an hour to yourself, I want you to leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
