Join award-winning prenatal yoga instructor, Hannah Day for a free prenatal yoga class on Sunday, April 12 with special guest, Anne Margolis, a holistic certified nurse midwife who has midwifed over a thousand babies.

Learn how you can give birth holistically in any setting. Hannah’s prenatal yoga class will follow the Q&A with Anne and it will be about releasing stress and feeling calm and grounded, strengthening the glutes and releasing tension in the hips, lower and upper back.

We are honoured to continue our partnership with Flora’s Walk Niagara 🤍🌼

On May 23rd, 2026, our team will be walking alongside families, birth workers, and community members at the St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre in support of perinatal mental health.

As doulas, we witness firsthand how vulnerable the postpartum period can be. We also know the power of informed support, compassionate care, and strong community. That’s why this partnership matters so deeply to us.

Welcome Kayleigh to the Niagara Doulas team!

🌿 Hi, I’m Kayleigh! My love for supporting families began when I was young, helping care for my siblings and later being part of my best friend’s birth and postpartum journeys. Those experiences - amongst many others - showed me how much it matters to have someone there who truly sees you, holds space for you, and believes in you.

As a birth and postpartum doula, that’s exactly what I intend to be: a calm presence when things feel overwhelming, a steady hand when you need reassurance, and a listening ear and advocate when you simply need to be heard. Every journey into parenthood is unique, and I feel deeply honoured to walk alongside each of them with empathy, care, and open arms.

Gentle Hands, Powerful Healing
Did you know Craniosacral Therapy (CST) can help your baby feel more comfortable in their body?

This gentle therapy supports your newborn’s natural ability to heal after birth. It can be especially helpful for infants who experience:

• Difficult births (C-section, forceps, vacuum, or long labor)
• Feeding challenges
• Colic and gas
• Torticollis or flat head (plagiocephaly)
• Fussiness or difficulty settling
