Hi, I’m Jill. I have a Master’s degree in Counselling and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and registered professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have a deep love for God, His word, and His people.

I count it as a privilege to work with and support students, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, life transitions, and faith-related struggles. Rooted in evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care—I integrate clinical methods with a strength-based, spiritually sensitive practice.

My approach is collaborative, I work with clients to help clarify goals, provide practical coping skills, and cultivate resilience that aligns with their faith and values.

Outside the therapy room, I cherish time with my family and intentionally pursue personal and professional growth.

Jesus never rushed people’s stories.
 He asked questions. He listened. He noticed what others overlooked. He responded with compassion, not pressure.

Again and again, people came to Him carrying grief, shame, fear, and pain—and He met them there.
Therapy reflects this same posture.
 It creates space to be known, to speak honestly, and to begin healing in safety and truth.

Faith and counselling are not in opposition.
 Both invite us into deeper awareness, restoration, and wholeness.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.
