Savor the flavours of summer with this baked fish & sweet potato fries’ recipe.
Light, crispy, and packed with nutrients, it’s the perfect feel-good meal for warm August days. The flaky baked fish pairs perfectly with naturally sweet, oven-roasted fries for a simple dish that doesn’t sacrifice flavour. Fresh, wholesome, and easy to make – this is one you’ll not want to miss out on: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/food-guide/eating-support/kitchen/recipes/baked-fish-chips.html

In the summer, many of us enjoy outdoor activities, whether it be swimming, hiking, gardening, or simply sitting out on the deck with a good book. While the summer heat allows us to have fun in the sun, it also can lead to dehydration.
Here are 8 tips to stay hydrated this summer:
1. Make water your drink of choice.
2. Drink water with every snack and meal.
3. Carry a reusable water bottle at all times.
4. Try a fruit and herb infused water or carbonated water.
5. Keep a pitcher of water in the fridge or on the table for easy access.
6. Add natural flavour to your water.
7. Eat more water-rich fruits throughout the day, such as watermelon, strawberries, grapefruit, and peaches.
8. Rehydrate after physical activity

Try these 5 ways to add natural flavour to your water:
1. Blackberries + mint
2. Raspberries + cucumber
3. Strawberries + fresh basil
4. Chopped apples + a cinnamon stick
5. Pear slices + a drop of vanilla extract
