We're Moving to Ocean for Online Booking and Secure Messaging

Dear Patients,
We would like to inform you that our clinic is transitioning from Medeo to Ocean for online appointment booking and secure patient communications.

This change will provide a more streamlined and secure experience when booking appointments, completing forms, and receiving information from our office.

What you need to know:
Medeo will no longer be used for online services after August 17th.

The new online booking link is:

Please bookmark this address for future use.

Future bookings and secure communications will take place through Ocean.

You may receive an invitation or instructions to access Ocean before your next appointment.

Your medical records will remain securely maintained by our clinic.

Are you looking for a family physician or a nurse practitioner? We are having a registration day on Tuesday Aug. 25th from 3pm to 6pm. Drop in at our West door entrance not main entrance with your valid health card to sign up.

Join us for Healthy Minds 4 Life (HM4L), a FREE 5-part mental health education series offered in person at the Tilbury District Family Health Team.

Throughout the series, participants will explore:

🤝 Caregiver Stress: Strategies for Families & Caregivers
💭 Understanding Anxiety
🌤️ Understanding Depression

This series is open to anyone interested in learning more about mental health. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
