What a wonderful morning,

Woodpeckers finding their meal, little birds flying over me and the peace of the wind and sun that shines over me and flows with me.

I picked and gifted myself a beautiful little bouquet of Sage and smudged our home this morning, after last weeks deep clean. We sure needed that

Clearing spaces disturbs the air and areas where things have settled. We smudge to neutralize, cleanse and start fresh 🤗

Next week's Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga sessions are Tuesday-Friday 10am
6pm

Meditations and floor Yoga are next Saturday and Sunday
10am
4pm
