Gift yourself space to allow your body to rest and reset! Sarah’s Myo Solace hands are truly magical.

For the spiritually curious… or the ones who just know energy is real ✨

I offer a few different treatments at Myo Solace designed to help you release what’s been weighing on your mind, body, and spirit.

🌙 Mystical Massage
Includes a relaxing massage, energetic cleansing, chord cuttings, and guided release work to help wash away what no longer serves your highest good.

🧘‍♀️ “Weight Off Your Shoulders”
A deeply calming experience focused on releasing mental heaviness, emotional stress, and reconnecting you back to yourself. Because sometimes healing starts with simply allowing yourself to let go. Includes a 60min relaxation massage.

🎶 Tuning Fork Recalibration
A beautiful add-on and part of the Weight Off Your Shoulders treatment. Using vibration and frequency to help bring the nervous system back into balance and create a deeper sense of grounding and alignment.

At the end of the day… it’s all about intention.
Mind over matter 😉✨

If you’re spiritually open, energy sensitive, or simply curious about clearing stagnant energy and making room for lighter, more loving frequencies… these treatments may be exactly what your soul’s been asking for.

Like Reiki… but designed to help you physically feel the release too ✨

Let’s talk about sustainable change 👇🏻💫

Mental health exists on a spectrum, and not all struggles look the same. Some people live with severe and persistent mental health challenges that deeply impact daily functioning, while many others experience periods of stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, overwhelm, grief, or emotional disconnection throughout life.

A large portion of the population tends to fall somewhere in the middle — functioning day to day while quietly carrying emotional weight that may not always be visible to others. This is why conversations about mental health matter. They help reduce shame, normalize support, and remind us that struggling does not have to reach a crisis point before it deserves care, compassion, and attention.

Are you ready to create a safe space to manage your mental health? I’d be happy to chat

As we recognize Mental Health Week, it feels important to normalize something that is often forgotten: therapists are human too. 🤍

Behind the grounding techniques, the calm presence, and the therapeutic tools is a person who also experiences stress, grief, healing, growth, uncertainty, and the ongoing work of being human.

One of the healthiest things we can normalize in the mental health field is that therapists also attend therapy. Not because we are “broken,” but because we value self-awareness, support, reflection, and our own healing journeys.

Mental health care is not about perfection. It’s about connection, honesty, accountability, and creating space for ourselves with the same compassion we encourage in others.

As therapists, many of us sit on both sides of the couch — holding space while also learning how to receive support ourselves. There is strength in that. There is humility in that. There is humanity in that.

This Mental Health Week, may we continue breaking the stigma around asking for help — for everyone, including the helpers. 🌿

Mental Health Awareness Week 👇

Did you know that 1 in 5 Canadians experience mental health challenges and by the age of 40 1 in 2 people will have or has had a mental health illness?

Each year millions of Canadians experience mental health related concerns yet many continue to struggle in silence due to stigma, fear or lack of access to support.

Mental health week encourages us all to:
💫start honest conversations about how we are really doing.
💫listen without judgement when others share their experiences.
💫recognize that mental health fluctuates over time.
💫support one another in accessing care when needed.

Let’s continue to move towards a culture that cares for our mental health just as much as our physical health. Your brain is just as important!

If you feel that you are ready to care for your mental wellbeing, let’s chat 😉💫
