As a therapist, I've come to appreciate how much of life can pass by when we're operating on autopilot. Being intentional doesn't mean having every moment perfectly planned—it means choosing to be present with what is right in front of us.
Whether it's taking a few extra seconds to enjoy your morning coffee, listening fully to someone you care about, or noticing your thoughts without judgment, these small moments of awareness can have a profound impact on our well-being.
So here's my intentional message of the day: Slow down enough to notice your life while you're living it. Presence isn't about perfection—it's about connection, one moment at a time.
