We provide comprehensive support programs for our current clients, including therapeutic yoga sessions as part of their ongoing wellness and recovery journey. These classes help participants manage stress, improve physical health, build resilience, and find calm amid life’s challenges.
We’re currently short on yoga mats and would greatly appreciate your support!
We’re gratefully accepting donations of:�✅ New or gently used yoga mats�✅ Any size or thickness
Every donated mat helps ensure our clients can fully participate in these valuable sessions in comfort and dignity.
