The last few months of the year are busy, plans change often & availabilities happen more often. If you like the flexibility of short term bookings this is also a suitable option!

Can’t believe it’s August already! 🌲
My hours now-end of year : Mon/Wed/Fri at Arbutus Health Center, + Thursdays (sometimes Tuesdays too) at Sacred Stone Spa 🙏🏻🙏🏻 (been a long time coming to curate my schedule this way, feeling super lucky about it!) 💫🌞
Also… don’t be fooled by the fog! There are lots of hot summer days left! & I’m here when you pull a hammy or are ready to start tackling that tension in your traps… etc.

Another year of providing massage therapy 🩵 (going into my 5th year as an RMT!) I am so grateful to all my patients who have stuck with me through the ups and downs of moving and figuring it out along the way. & to my fellow RMT colleagues who have been so kind and supportive, in Tofino & back in Langley too. & a special thanks to Robyn at for welcoming me in to practice out of the Arbutus Health Centre. Here’s to a new year - where self care is in the drivers seat and the road is leading to your embodiment of thriving 🎉

Gratitude to those who supported me in a little test run in this new space tucked away in the forest of Glen Valley. Four years after moving away and I still have the best patients that see me time and again 🙏🏻
