Join us for a powerful and supportive Comfort Measures & Hypnobirthing Class at the Toronto Birth Centre 🤍

This hands-on session is designed to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for labour. You’ll learn practical comfort techniques, breathwork, and hypnobirthing tools to support a more positive birth experience.

✨ Partners are highly encouraged to attend ,you’ll leave feeling empowered and equipped to support every step of the journey together.

We’ll have snacks and refreshments provided,so you can relax, connect, and fully enjoy the experience.

It was truly amazing getting to meet so many of you in person, hear your stories, answer your questions, and connect with families at every stage of their journey. There is something so special about taking these conversations off Instagram and into real life 🤍

We’re so grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth, trusted us with your questions around birth, postpartum, infant feeding, and baby care, and shared a piece of your journey with us. Your warmth and openness mean everything.
We’re already counting down the days until we’re back again ,we can’t wait to do it all over 🫶🏽
