I don't hate AI usage in itself, but I do worry about how it might be used wrong, or if people end up relying on it for pretty much EVERYTHING!

I'm amazed at its creative use to create such impressive works of art, like this one here.☺️

"Grief is the receipt of love...."

I recently came across this line and almost stopped for a good minute to contemplate on it. I often wonder about all the pain and suffering that's out in the world and cant stop feeling helpless. Yes, as a therapist I feel helpless too and no amount of supervision or my own therapy seems to help at times...because I am a human first and a mental health professional later.

If reading about and getting trained in working with grief has taught me anything is that grief, pain and loss exist because we know what love is and feels like. Yes, I agree that the world would be a much happier place without loss and the grief that comes with it but then we would also miss out on experiencing what Love, Belonging and Connection is all about!!

Grief is indeed the recipiet of love. Because we have loved once,🌱🌿 we must grieve the loss of it...🪾🍂

Trauma changes your brain.. but so does healing🧡🧠

We often think of trauma as something huge-war, abuse, crime, disaster. But trauma can be more common and quieter than that. Trauma can come from any experience that makes you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or unable to cope. That means everyday situations can shape the brain and nervous system in powerful, lasting ways. The good news is that your brain can change. Your nervous system can balance and healing is absolutely possible.🌱

With the right tools, you can start to support your recovery with simple, science-backed tools.🪷
