A lot of people I work with look like they’re doing okay on the outside.
They’re working, showing up for others, handling responsibilities, getting through the day…
But underneath, many are quietly carrying this constant feeling of:
“I’m not enough.”
Not smart enough.
Not successful enough.
Not good enough.
Not worthy enough.
And after carrying that feeling for too long, it starts affecting everything confidence, relationships, stress levels, work and even the ability to rest.
During Mental Health Awareness Week, I’m opening up one of my regular “You Are Enough” sessions for a group experience.
This won’t just be a conversation around self-worth.
Participants will experience a transformational process designed to help uncover and shift some of the subconscious patterns many of us have been carrying for years without even realizing it.
Because sometimes the issue isn’t lack of motivation, willpower, or confidence.
Sometimes a part of us has spent years trying to earn safety, approval, love, or validation.
