A lot of people I work with look like they’re doing okay on the outside.

They’re working, showing up for others, handling responsibilities, getting through the day…

But underneath, many are quietly carrying this constant feeling of:
“I’m not enough.”

Not smart enough.
Not successful enough.
Not good enough.
Not worthy enough.

And after carrying that feeling for too long, it starts affecting everything confidence, relationships, stress levels, work and even the ability to rest.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, I’m opening up one of my regular “You Are Enough” sessions for a group experience.

This won’t just be a conversation around self-worth.

Participants will experience a transformational process designed to help uncover and shift some of the subconscious patterns many of us have been carrying for years without even realizing it.

Because sometimes the issue isn’t lack of motivation, willpower, or confidence.

Sometimes a part of us has spent years trying to earn safety, approval, love, or validation.

That voice in your head…

It doesn’t wait for the day to begin.

It’s there before you’re fully awake.
Before coffee. Before your feet hit the floor.

“You’re already behind.”
“You should’ve said that differently.”
“They’re just being polite.”

And sometimes… it lands heavier.
“You’re not enough.”

If you’ve ever felt that — really felt it — you know how convincing it can be.
How personal it sounds.

But here’s the part that often lands hard when I say it to my clients:

That voice didn’t start with you.

It sounds like you now…
but it was shaped somewhere.

Maybe it was the tone of a parent who was always disappointed.
Or a classroom where you learned you had to get it right to be valued.
Or a relationship where you slowly started questioning yourself more than trusting yourself.
Or even a mirror that taught you to pick yourself apart before anyone else could.

And none of it looked dramatic at the time.
That’s what makes it harder to see.

It was subtle. Repeated. Familiar.

Until one day, it became your inner voice.

So now it knows exactly where to hit.
What to say.
What will make you shrink, overthink, or doubt yourself.

And you don’t even question it…
because it feels true.

But what if it’s not truth…
just something you learned really well?

Not something you need to fight.
Just something you need to see.

Because the moment you notice,
“This sounds like something I was taught…”

You create space.

And in that space, something shifts.

You’re no longer just the one being spoken to.
You’re the one who can choose what stays.

And what doesn’t.

There are so many people quietly carrying this…
thinking it’s just them.

Maybe someone reads this today and realizes,
for the first time that

Lately I’ve been noticing how many women are carrying a lot quietly.

Holding things together.
Being the one others depend on.
Moving through the day without really pausing… even when we know we need to.

It doesn’t always look like burnout.
Sometimes it just feels like being a little disconnected, a little tired, a little “on” all the time.

And it’s what led me to create something small and simple.

I’m hosting a gentle online women’s circle called HELD on April 25 at 11 AM EDT.

It is a quiet, guided space to step out of that constant holding.
To settle your nervous system.
Reconnect with your body.
And feel supported without needing to explain or perform.

No pressure to share. No expectations. Just a quiet space to be.

We often talk about stress like it’s a problem.
Something to get rid of.

But what if stress isn’t the enemy?
