your morning sets the tone for your entire day!!!
something I often come back to with clients is how much blood sugar in the morning influences everything that follows - energy, mood, cravings, even stress tolerance.
when it’s more stable early on, the rest of the day tends to feel more steady too.
for me personally, it looks like:
- 15g protein matcha ( has been a staple in my routine for years)
- a high protein breakfast
- a slow walk + sunlight when I can
simple foundations, but they make a noticeable difference 🤍
