Every items is so perfect and appreciated, I can’t wait to soak in these oils and serum, use the potpourri + incense sticks, embrace the tarot cards and frame the stunning picture to include on my wall. What an explosive session! I mean that figuratively - - -> scroll and see how a protection candle that I had lit for this client literally exploded mid conversation surrounding a toxic and abusive person in their world! Nothing says the universe agrees with the immediate need for cord cutting quite like an exploding candle!!

It’s been 4 years!! It’s hard to believe that 6 years ago I embraced my self and my gifts and then 4 years ago I took a leap and opened The Spiritual Circle! I’ve been so blessed to help countless people through both mediumship and intuitive guidance, held circles, facilitated courses for both kids and adults, a coven was created, group sessions developed, house clearings and cleansing’s were embraced, a website went live and all this was over 4 years! I can’t wait to see what the next 4 years has in store!

Hello my lovely humans, it’s been a minute and there has been some new people join the page, so I felt I should share a little about who I am. ✨

Welcome to the Spiritual Circle, my name is Christina and I am an intuitive healer and medium!
Yes, that is exactly what it sounds like. I can connect to the other side, however I also have a unique gift of channeling and connecting with what I can only assume is a universal source of energy, yes that sounds wild and it is! I don’t even pretend to always understand how my gifts work but I trust them!!
That trust has been developed over most of my life. As I navigated trying to figure out what my gifts were and how/why I am able to pick up on energies that are both deceased and alive. Like, how can I know about a clients friends and loved ones who are still earth side?? That’s been a trip to understand and trust but it’s wildly accurate so over time and with enough practice and experience, I rarely doubt what I hear.

I’ve been doing this professionally for almost 5 years and The Spiritual Circle was established almost 4 years ago! Truthfully though, it’s been apart of my entire life but I had no idea what was happening, you can imagine how that was!!

The Spiritual Circle continues to evolve and grow as I do and I can’t wait to share what’s been happening. Stay tuned 😉

Whatever the situation you are in, whether it’s work related or a career change, relationship strain or personal challenge, take some time to really take it all in and find the solution and then take immediate action to work through it. This isn’t to say it will be easy, because change rarely is but facing everything in a direct and head on matter allows for your own personal growth and that’s always the goal.

“Do a walking meditation each day for the next week”
You don’t have to lay down to meditate, walking and taking in the fresh air along with the momentum of walking can be very cathartic. This also doesn’t have to be a long walk. Nature is healing and this card is serving as the reminder you’ve been needing to mediate. Make sure to breathe while walking, the breath work is apart of how mediation and walking work together.

Happy Imbolc
This is the half way point between winter solstice and spring equinox. A time where food was scares and people were surviving and braving the cold winter months. Imbolc was brings forward hope for the warmer weather, the future birth of spring and all that comes with the seasonal shift.
It is also a time to tend to your own inner fire and clear and cleanse the things that are no longer serving you. With Imbolc energy and the Full moon today it brings forth a very powerful force for ritual work.
This is also a good time to clean your home to remove the stagnant energy and light candles, traditionally candles and fires were lit to represent the warmth and light coming back.
We also honour the Brigid who is the Godess of Fire, Healing, poetry and crafts. (Ha, this explains why I’m in my crafting era)
To support the seasonal shift, you can light a single candle and set an intention, pick a small and attainable goal for the month ahead. Allow the universe to collect your thoughts and whispers, then get to work.
Imbolc is a quiet and steady energy, so as you proceed through February, try and slow down and be the same.

Many of us have felt out of control lately and overwhelmed (how could we not with the state of the world) this card comes as a gentle nudge towards recentring ourselves, allowing us to see more clearly from a place of honesty, openness and understanding (this feels pivotal). This card also speaks directly to those of us who have felt ungrounded from earth energy. The energy that roots us into our selves and guides us in a calm and directed way, it’s time to seek the strength of Mother Earth and become re-grounded. Allowing ourselves to be washed in this loving energy.
