We have a few spots available if anyone wants free yoga tonight. 6-7:30. 21 Strickland Ave.
We are following the theme of Friday's Sonic Quilt and focusing on the heart center and the magnetic field, followed by long chant for the chakra's and ending with a crystal bowl savasana.

Starting to drop the posters for our Dec group including the Virtual Indigenous drumming group with Cathy Walker. 🎵Sonic Quilt🎶 will be DEC 9TH and we'll have a CLOSED talk-based group 🗣 DEC 19th (we will have a new process for accessing those 2 groups. Deets to be posted this week so keep an eye out👀)
