Joanna holds a BA. and M.ED., is a wife, mother, grandmother, conscious channel, visionary, passionate awakened educator, highly attuned empathic healer, intuitive counsellor, reiki practitioner, and award-winning and best-selling author.

She is the founder of Awakening Your Truth, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to assist people in embracing their authentic power to direct positive

change in themselves, align with others and create an entire collaboration of healing for our planet. Joanna believes this will lead the way to peace, unity, and freedom on Earth.

Your energy may be the reason people dislike you!
I've learned to not be so concerned about what people say about me. People will always find things to talk about! Focus on your mission.

🌿I think for myself
I don't follow the rules. I never have. I follow what feels right for me.

🌿I dare to be different
I'm a light worker. I love my alone time. I love spending time with me, and talking with my spirit guides and other beloved higher beings. There was a time when i was embarassed to say so. Not any more! It's an honour. This makes people uncomfortable, especially the religious. But it's another truth--the truth that we're all special and able to connect and communicate with the spirit realms. We are united in love.

🌿I operate with integrity
I've always had difficulty with dishonesty. I'm an empath with a deep sense of knowing. You can't fool me! My entire being rejects this.

🌿I challenge their beliefs.
I speak truth. People may not like it. They like to stay comfortable and don't like to be proven wrong. My purpose is to trigger and challenge beliefs to wake them up.

🌿I'm not easily manipulated.
I see through people. Many stay clear from people like me! I scare them. My light is too bright.

🌿I've achieved incredible things.
There's so much more I'd love to do and it's all in line with helping people.
I'm a teacher, healer, guide and coach and I'm in my bliss when I see my clients shift into clarity and move forward in life.

🌿I remind them of their insecurities.
The less they resist, the clearer they see, the easier the journey becomes🧿

Regardless of what's happening out there, you are in charge of what's happening inside you.

I encourage you to . Let go of trying to control everything! That's too hard and wastes precious energy.

Let go and let / / / / lead you. We're all united in Oneness of .

Answers will come in the form of energy with a feeling you will get, when in dream state, through signs, etc. You are always guided.

Be kind.
Everyone you pass is carrying something you cannot see.

A smile, a harsh word, a moment of silence—
you never really know what sits behind it.

That person who seems impatient
may be breaking inside.
The one who looks strong
may be holding more than they can bear.

We judge quickly,
but understand slowly.

Kindness is not just a virtue—
it is awareness in action.

It’s choosing not to add more weight
to someone already struggling.

It’s speaking gently when you could react.
It’s pausing before assuming.
It’s remembering that everyone is fighting
a battle you know nothing about.

So be kind.
Not because others always deserve it,
but because you choose to be someone
who does not increase the suffering in this world.

🦁 Move Different

There comes a moment when you stop needing permission… approval… or validation from anyone outside of yourself. You realize you don’t have to prove your strength… announce your worth… or fight for a seat at a table that was never meant for you.

Real power is quiet.
Real confidence doesn’t beg to be seen.
It simply moves… and the world adjusts around it.

Some people will walk like kings… loud, demanding attention, needing everyone to recognize their crown. Let them. That’s their path. But there’s another way to move through this world… steady… grounded… fully aware of who you are without needing anyone else to confirm it.

When you truly know your value, you stop competing. When you truly know your purpose, you stop explaining. When you truly know yourself, you stop caring who thinks they hold authority over your life.

Walk with presence.
Walk with peace.
Walk with the quiet confidence of someone who remembers who they are… and doesn’t need a throne to prove it.
