Coming up on 11 Years in the Fitness Industry

💪🏽😎💪🏽😎

11 years ago (Sept 2015), I started my journey in the fitness industry with very little knowledge and a lot to learn.

Today, I can proudly say that choosing this profession was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

For me, fitness has never felt like just a job. Whenever I step into a training session, I lose track of time. When I’m coaching someone, I completely immerse myself in the process—understanding movement, exercise ex*****on, nutrition, and how I can help that person become better.

Over these 11 years, I’ve learned, studied, made mistakes, improved, and continued my education. And honestly, the learning has never stopped.

When I started, I was nowhere near where I am today. Step by step, year by year, I kept building my knowledge, experience, and understanding of the human body and coaching.

The biggest lesson this journey has taught me:

You don’t have to know everything when you start. You just have to be willing to keep learning.

I’m grateful for every client who trusted me, every person I’ve had the opportunity to help, every challenge that pushed me to improve, and every lesson this profession has given me.

11 years completed.
The learning continues.
The journey continues. 🚀

Here’s to becoming a better coach, a better professional, and a better version of myself every single day.

Before you go and tell yourself

"I want to cut 10lbs of stubborn belly fat, I'm tired of looking flabby in the mirror, let me find a coach to help"

I want you to ask yourself this

"Am I coachable?"

We have turned away the most consults so far in 2026 because people did not meet their qualifications for coachability

We do not want to waste your time or $

Coachable?

💪🏽 checks in on time
💪🏽 asks meaningful questions
💪🏽 shows up on time
💪🏽 does their cardio homework
💪🏽 refers friends to the business

Non-coachable?

🚫 late to sessions
🚫 does not report back
🚫 makes excuses

Who are you?

What if you don’t hate exercise, you just hate doing it alone?

Hey y’all, it’s your coach. 👋🏾

Let’s be honest.

Some people simply don’t enjoy working out.

You can explain all the benefits.
You can talk about the consequences of not exercising.
You can even try to scare them into changing.

But the reality is, fear tactics and information can only take you so far.

If someone genuinely dislikes working out, constantly telling them why they should exercise may not be enough to create lasting motivation.

Through my years of working boots on the ground with clients, I’ve learned that sometimes the solution isn’t another motivational speech.

Sometimes, it’s having the right person beside you.

When a client who doesn’t enjoy exercising trains with a partner they trust, I’ve seen how that support can make a difference.

A training partner can provide:

✅ Accountability
✅ Encouragement
✅ Consistency
✅ Someone to push you when you don’t feel like showing up
✅ And, most importantly, someone who makes the experience more enjoyable

You don’t necessarily have to fall in love with working out.

You just need to find a strategy that helps you keep showing up.

So if you’re someone who genuinely doesn’t like working out, try this:

Find someone you trust.

Someone who will support you, hold you accountable, and help you become a healthier version of yourself.

Because sometimes, the best way to stay committed isn’t more motivation.

It’s having someone in your corner.

Enjoy the rest of your day, and remember to take care of yourself.

Someone in this world 🌎 cares about you.

If you’re not losing weight despite going to the gym regularly, here’s why…

You can’t out-train a poor diet 🍩🍟🍕

Regardless of how often you go to the gym or how hard you train…

If you’re not maintaining a caloric deficit with adequate protein, you won’t see much in terms of fat loss.

Try this:

1. Take your goal weight and multiply it by 11. Start there for your daily calories.

2. Take your goal weight and multiply it by 0.83. Start there for your daily protein.

Commit to tracking your food intake honestly and accurately for 6 months hitting the above targets, and I guarantee you’ll see significant fat-loss results.

And to make sure you don’t get “skinny fat”…

Make sure you’re hitting the weights hard 3-4 days per week as well.

Finish this off with a 7x7 step goal (7k steps, 7 days per week) and you now have the formula for an enjoyable and sustainable fat-loss transformation.

Good luck and remember, I’m always here if you need help.
