Coming up on 11 Years in the Fitness Industry
đŞđ˝đđŞđ˝đ
11 years ago (Sept 2015), I started my journey in the fitness industry with very little knowledge and a lot to learn.
Today, I can proudly say that choosing this profession was one of the best decisions Iâve ever made.
For me, fitness has never felt like just a job. Whenever I step into a training session, I lose track of time. When Iâm coaching someone, I completely immerse myself in the processâunderstanding movement, exercise ex*****on, nutrition, and how I can help that person become better.
Over these 11 years, Iâve learned, studied, made mistakes, improved, and continued my education. And honestly, the learning has never stopped.
When I started, I was nowhere near where I am today. Step by step, year by year, I kept building my knowledge, experience, and understanding of the human body and coaching.
The biggest lesson this journey has taught me:
You donât have to know everything when you start. You just have to be willing to keep learning.
Iâm grateful for every client who trusted me, every person Iâve had the opportunity to help, every challenge that pushed me to improve, and every lesson this profession has given me.
11 years completed.
The learning continues.
The journey continues. đ
Hereâs to becoming a better coach, a better professional, and a better version of myself every single day.
