To our incredible panelists, guests, partners, volunteers, sponsors, and every single person who joined us for P.U.S.H: Beyond Baby Bluesโ€”your presence, your voices, and your support made this event truly meaningful.

Together, we created a safe space to raise awareness, share stories, and shine a light on postpartum depression and maternal mental health. Every conversation matters, and every person who showed up is helping us break the silence and build a healthier tomorrow.

This is just the beginning. Letโ€™s continue to connect, support, and empower one another as we advocate for better mental health in our communities.

Philomena Attakora is a mother of three, Financial Educator, entrepreneur, and the founder of Motherly Instinct. Her passion for supporting women was born during one of the most overwhelming seasons of her own life, when she was 27 years old, pregnant with her third child, living paycheque to paycheque, and trying to navigate motherhood without the guidance or financial education she desperately needed. That experience became the foundation of her lifeโ€™s work.

Today, Philomena helps millennial families build financial confidence while creating safe spaces for honest conversations about motherhood, mental wellness, faith, and resilience. She believes mothers deserve support that sees the whole person, not just their finances, because financial health and mental health are deeply connected. Through education, storytelling, and community, her mission is to help women move from simply surviving to truly thriving. ๐Ÿ“… July 18, 2025

Motherhood is a powerful journey filled with love, change, and resilience but it can also come with challenges that impact mental health and well-being. Postpartum depression and maternal mental health struggles are real experiences, and no mother should have to face them alone.

Join the Mental Health & You Foundation for an evening dedicated to connection, support, and healing as we create a compassionate space for open conversations about maternal mental health.

Together, we will:
โœจ Explore the realities of maternal mental health
โœจ Hear lived experiences and stories of resilience
โœจ Connect with community resources and supports
โœจ Learn from an expert panel
โœจ Build a safe and supportive space for mothers and families.
