The coach plays crucial role in preventing and detecting possible concussions in sports. By paying attention to the signs, acting quickly and working together with the medical team, the coach can contribute to the safety and well-being of his athletes.

During training and competitions, the coach must carefully observe his athletes and identify any signs of injury. If an athlete presents symptoms of concussion, the coach must immediately remove him from the activity, notify parents and guardians and send him for medical evaluation.

Edmar Figueiredo, Physiotherapist is qualified in Concussion Management and will help you recover as quickly and safely as possible, as well as teaching you techniques to prevent new injuries.
