The s***m you have today were created about 90 days ago. 👆

Which means whatever "s***m maxxing" routine you started this week won't show up for another 3 months. And whatever you were doing 90 days ago is what's actually showing up right now.

Cold plunges. Testosterone boosters. The whole internet s***m-maxxing economy. Most of it is noise. Here's what the research actually supports:
CoQ10, NAC, zinc, and selenium at clinical doses. The antioxidants that protect s***m cells from oxidative damage and support motility, count, and DNA integrity across a full 90-day production cycle.

Bird&Be's Male Fertility Power Pack was formulated by fertility doctors specifically for this window. Research-backed. Doctor-formulated. One daily pack.

Your next 90 days start the day you start taking this. 💙

Nobody hands you a roadmap when you start trying for a baby.

You piece it together from Reddit threads, clinic handouts, and whatever comes up when you Google "best prenatal for TTC" at 11pm on a Tuesday. And somewhere in the middle of the bottles, the decisions and, the second-guessing you just want someone you actually trust to tell you what to take.

We built Bird&Be because we lived that. Because we were on this journey ourselves and couldn't find what we needed either.

One daily pack. Everything your fertility doctor would want you taking. No bottle clutter. No stacking. No wondering if you got it right. More energy left for everything else this journey is asking of you.

Soooo the internet has a habit of turning every enjoyable thing into a fertility villain. But what about matcha? Does it cause infertility?

When consumed in moderation, matcha can actually support fertility. Here's why:
🍵 Antioxidants: Matcha is one of the most antioxidant-rich foods available. Antioxidants protect eggs and s***m from oxidative stress, one of the most common contributors to declining reproductive cell quality.
✨ L-theanine: The amino acid that gives matcha its calm-focus effect also supports cortisol regulation. Chronic stress and elevated cortisol can disrupt hormone signalling, ovulation, and s***m production.
☕️ Lower caffeine than coffee: A typical cup of matcha contains significantly less caffeine than a coffee and moderate caffeine consumption hasn't been shown to negatively impact fertility.

The key word: moderation. One to two cups daily keeps you well within the range where the benefits outweigh any concern. So go ahead, have that latte. Your fertility routine has enough things to worry about.

Fun fact Friday, but make it fertility. 💡

We're dropping one interesting human reproduction fact every Friday... because sharing is caring (especially when it comes to fertility knowledge). The more you know, the more empowered you are to take care of your reproductive health.

See you next week for another one 👋

The two-week wait is stressful enough. Your pregnancy test doesn’t need to look like it belongs at a baby shower. 😭

We dreamed of fertility care on mainstream shelves... not hidden in clinics. We wanted medical-grade, doctor-formulated support to be as easy to buy as mascara. Is that so wild to imagine!?

Bird&Be on shelves is milestone is for the fertility community, we are making reproductive care mainstream and part of everyday life. It’s proof that fertility care belongs everywhere, in everyday moments and places. Shopping for fertility care in the beauty aisle helps normalize the conversation, lowers the barrier to access, and makes it easier for people to take small, meaningful steps for their reproductive health. That accessibility is at the core of why we started Bird&Be.

Thank you to everyone who helped get us here. We’re grateful to our community—the people who told us their stories, tested our products, and kept pushing us to do better. This is your win as much as ours.

If you’re near an Ulta, go say hi. Try a pack. Tell a friend. Let’s keep making fertility care part of the everyday.

With gratitude and a lot of happy disbelief,

- Team Bird&Be

If you're TTC, doing IVF, or thinking about freezing your eggs... CoQ10 deserves a spot in your routine. Here's why fertility specialists keep coming back to it:

🥚 Eggs and s***m need a massive amount of energy to mature and thrive. CoQ10 is their preferred fuel source.
🥚 It acts as an antioxidant, protecting eggs and s***m from free-radical damage, including DNA damage.
🥚 It can improve the quality of both eggs and s***m.

And the research backs it up. One randomized controlled study found that taking CoQ10 before trying to conceive improved ovarian response and embryo quality in women with decreased ovarian reserve. Other studies suggest it may even improve how the ovaries respond to fertility drugs which means better egg quantity and quality going into an IVF cycle or egg freeze.

Eggs divide rapidly in the earliest stages of fertilization. That process takes serious energy. CoQ10 helps supply it. ✨
