❤️ WORLD HEART DAY 2026 | DIA MUNDIAL DO CORAÇÃO

🇬🇧 Dear Carlos Santana,

Today, during my World Heart Day presentation with the Institute for Heart Intelligence in Brazil, we explored the heart, art, our interconnectedness and our shared humanity.

Together, we have one heartfelt invitation:

Carlos, will you join us for a conversation as part of the RADD ART × Planetary Arts collection?

RADD ART turns meaningful conversations into art. Through Planetary Arts, an initiative of the World Academy of Art and Science, we bring art and science together in service of humanity.

An artist listens and creates LIVE. The conversation becomes a painting. The painting carries the story forward, helping support youth and communities in need.

Today, Jessica Gorlicky created this painting LIVE during our invitation to you - and we would love to gift it to you. ❤️🎨

One conversation. One painting. One ripple of compassion.

Carlos, will you join us? 🌎❤️

🇧🇷 Querido Carlos Santana,

Hoje, durante minha apresentação do Dia Mundial do Coração com o Institute for Heart Intelligence no Brasil, exploramos o coração, a arte, nossa interconexão e nossa humanidade.

Uma conversa. Uma obra. Uma onda de compaixão.

Carlos, você aceita nosso convite? 🌎❤️

Share ❤️ Compartilhe ❤️ Carlos Santana

We are thrilled that the Sound Of Care Symposium has been invited as a featured event on the ONE World Network as part of the 11 Days of Global Unity. ONEWorld with the support of the amazing Joyfuel-Becky Suzik, Jon Ramer, and Ben Bowler is focused on bringing movements together across a global landscape, helping aligned initiatives connect, collaborate, and amplify collective action for humanity and Mother Earth.

As they put it: Unite Humanity, Restore Mother Earth. Their perspective joins a wider conversation across disciplines and lived experiences about what becomes possible when care helps guide the systems we shape.

The symposium also marks the beginning of an ongoing Care First community.

What becomes possible when care leads the way?

This September, I’m honoured to be presenting and co-hosting The Sound of Care: Symposium & Community happening inside of Global Heart Sync.

You’re invited to this global online symposium bringing together people across healthcare, education, science, the arts, innovation, and many other walks of life to explore how care can become a more conscious force in the way we live, lead, relate, and shape our world.

At the heart of the symposium are two questions:

How do we create a world where care leads the way in all sectors of society?

How do I personally express and apply care in my life and work?

Over 3 days, we’ll come together for 10 inspiring hours of dialogue, music, reflection, guided experiences, and collaboration, not simply to exchange ideas, but to explore what becomes possible when we begin to see ourselves, one another, and our shared future through a different lens.

This is also the beginning of an ongoing global Care First community, and we want your voice to be part of it.

There is no fee to participate.

❤️ KNOW YOUR HEART. CHANGE YOUR STATE. RECLAIM YOUR AGENCY.

Healthcare professionals spend their lives caring for others. On October 4th in Oakville, we’re creating a day to focus on the person behind the practitioner.

I’m excited to co-host the Rx for Renewal Retreat with Manjit Hansra pharmacist, wellness expert, and breathwork facilitator.

Together, we’ll explore Heart Intelligence in Healthcare, bringing together emerging science, breathwork, lived experience, and practical tools to strengthen self-awareness, self-regulation, resilience, human connection, and patient care.

Knowledge is power. But knowledge about your own heart, mind, and ability to self-regulate is empowering.

If you’re a healthcare practitioner ready to turn that knowledge into practice, we’d love to have you join us.

What if the next big medical breakthrough isn’t a new drug or gadget… but connection? 🤯✨

Health isn’t just about fixing isolated parts- it’s about understanding how everything works together. From the beat of the human heart 🫀 to the energy of entire communities 🌏, true healing and flourishing happen when we build coherence.

I am so honored to be speaking at the Thermodynamics 2.0 Conference (August 5–7) to share my presentation:
🌟 “The Missing Dimension of Modern Healthcare: The Science of Coherence” 🌟

We’re diving deep into systems science, complexity theory, and living systems to explore how connection and coherence are quietly reshaping the future of medicine and human well-being. 🧬

I’d love to have you along for the ride as we shift the paradigm together! 🙌

📅 When: August 5–7, 2026 (Online!)

“Knowledge is power.” We hear it all the time.
But in health and wellbeing, knowledge is something deeper-it’s inner agency. It’s the shift from asking “How do I fix this?” to “How do I actively influence my own vitality?”

In my latest conversation with Dr Peta Stapleton we broke down emergence science and why the next frontier of health isn’t just biological- it’s collective.

If you’ve been looking for a fresh perspective on how much influence you actually have over your health, this conversation is for you.

SOLD OUT!!

Wow. Thank you.

I’m genuinely humbled that my talk, The Science of Human Connection, has officially sold out at Brains and Barstools

What excites me most isn’t that the event sold out, it’s what that says. People are hungry for conversations about what connects us. They want to understand the science behind compassion, relationships, and why human connection matters now more than ever.

That gives me hope.

I can’t wait to spend the evening together, asking questions, and exploring ideas that belong far beyond the walls of a classroom.

See you at the Rivoli .

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Today let us reflect on the incredible power of a mother’s love, not only emotionally, but biologically as well.

One of the most fascinating things science has discovered is that during pregnancy, mothers pass living cells to their children that can remain in the body throughout life. These cells may continue supporting aspects of our health, healing, and immune system well into adulthood.

In a very real sense, a part of our mother stays with us forever.

I find something deeply meaningful in that.

It reminds me that connection is not just a feeling or an idea. It’s woven into us. Our lives shape one another in ways we are only beginning to understand.

Maybe this is also why practices centered around the heart- love, compassion, gratitude, presence - can have such a profound effect on our wellbeing. When we cultivate coherence within ourselves, it naturally extends outward into our relationships, our families, and our communities.

The more I study the science of the heart and human connection, the more I believe that healing and peace begin with remembering that we are not separate from one another.

From my heart to yours, wishing all the mothers out there a beautiful Mother’s Day.

🌌 What if healing environments could be designed… not just for the body, but for the human experience?

As a radiologist, I spend my days using technology to see inside the human body.

MRIs.
CT scans.
Imaging that reveals what was once invisible.

But something changed my perspective.

At one point in my life, I experienced medicine not just as a physician…

…but as a patient.

And that experience taught me something important.

Healing isn’t only physical.

It’s also about:

Connection.
Environment.
Shared experience.

When people feel supported…
When they feel understood…
When they feel part of something larger…

something powerful happens.

That’s why I’m fascinated by immersive environments and dome spaces.

Because inside these spaces we can combine:

🎨 Art
🎶 Music
📖 Storytelling
🌍 Community

…and create experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and with each other.

In a time when anxiety and disconnection are rising, spaces like these may offer something we need more than ever.

Not just treatment.

But transformation.

I’m grateful to join the Dome Fest West Fulldome Forum panel:

✨ “Sanctuary Under the Dome: Creating Transformative Art & Wellness Experiences in an Age of Anxiety.”

I’m honored to share the conversation with incredible innovators and creators working to make immersive experiences accessible to communities everywhere.

Looking forward to sharing and learning together!
