Summer can be a great time to pause, reset, and set yourself up for a great rest of the year.

Our ADHD Summer Reset Group is designed for people who want to better understand their brains, build practical skills, and create momentum they can carry into their future.

Together, we'll explore strategies to help you:
• support attention and follow-through
• manage overwhelm before it builds up
• work with your brain instead of fighting it
• develop habits and routines that feel sustainable

🧠 Led by OT Emily, this group combines evidence-based ADHD support with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

This isn't about becoming a different version of yourself. It's about understanding what works for you, building on your strengths, and creating systems that make life feel a little more manageable.
🌿 A chance to reset
👥 A supportive, neurodivergent-affirming space
🛠️ Practical tools you can take with you long after the group ends

If you've been looking for ADHD support that goes beyond tips and tricks, we'd love to have you join us!

Last session, our Art Group for Neurodiverse Adults explored the practice of art journaling together 🎨📖

Through simple, process-focused creative activities, OT Kristina helped them explore self-expression, emotional processing, and what it can look like to create without pressure or perfection. No expectations, no “right way” to do it, just space to slow down, explore, and connect.

For many people, creativity gets pushed aside in the middle of busy schedules and constant productivity. Art journaling can be a gentle way to reconnect with yourself, decompress, and incorporate more balance and joy into your routine.

If you missed the last session (or came and want to join us again!), Kristina will be running another Art Group for Neurodiverse Adults in the near future.
Reach out using the link in our bio for more information and potential dates and locations! Feel free to let us know what works for you too.

Whenever we see art being talked about, it’s so often through the lens of the final product. What if we took a step back and recognized that the act of creating is worthwhile all on its own?

It’s easy to get stuck in the daily grind, where focus is put on doing, achieving, and pushing through. This often comes at the expense of rest, creativity, and work-life balance. That’s where process art comes in.

🎨 Process art focuses on the experience, not the outcome. It creates space to decompress, reconnect with creativity, while supporting emotional regulation - without pressure, expectations, or the need for it to be perfect.

🖌️ No special skill needed! There’s no such thing as being “bad at art” here, you just have to be willing to try.

If you want to learn more about process art click the link in our bio and sign up for Kristina’s Art Group for Neurodiverse Adults! Designed to promote self-expression and understand and process emotions, you’ll learn more about how process art can help you find a healthy balance between leisure and productivity while incorporating more joy in your life.

Spring is a chance to reset, and it can be the perfect time to try new ways of working with your unique brain instead of against it.

Our Mindfulness in Nature Group for adults with ADHD is a 5-week series focused on building skills and strategies that help manage attention, overwhelm, and follow-through that actually translate to everyday life.

There’s no expectation to sit still or “clear your mind.” Instead, we’ll explore how your attention moves, how your nervous system responds, and what strategies actually help in the moment.

You’ll leave with:
• Practical tools to support attention & task initiation
• Strategies for managing overwhelm in the moment
• Greater awareness of how your nervous system works
• Skills you can carry into work, home, and relationships

The group includes:
📞 Free 15-minute intake call to ensure the right fit
🍃 5 weekly sessions
🌱 An additional skill review session to consolidate what you’ve learned
👥 Supportive, neurodivergent-affirming space with like-minded peers

✨ Bonus: Sign up by April 1st and receive a free 30-minute 1:1 OT session with Emily to support your individual goals!
