🌻 while in solitude try breathing mindfully focusing on deep inhales and slow exhales. Incorporate gentle stretching along with your breathing. Contemplate how much energy and time is your “worry” really worth. Write down its implications practically and realistically. 90% of our worries are fear based and will never become reality. If you doubt that just try to remember what you feared 5 years ago and did that become an absolute reality today. Be real with yourself. Be honest. Practice gratitude 🙏🏽
