For a long time, I thought fear was a sign to stop.

Now I see it differently.

Looking back, fear was sitting at the door of some of the best things that ever happened to me.

The business.
Motherhood.
Going back to school.
Showing up here.

These days, I don’t wait for fear to leave.

I let it come along for the ride.

What is something you’ve been wanting to do, but fear keeps talking you out of?

I’d love to hear.

For a long time, I thought healthy aging meant trying to hold on to who I used to be.

Now I see it differently.

Every workout, every walk, every choice to take care of myself isn’t about going backward.

It’s about building the woman I’m becoming.

And honestly, I’m pretty excited to meet her.

What about you? Who are you becoming?

06/05/2026

I’m tired of being told it’s all downhill from here.
I’m tired of being told I’m broken.
I’m tired of being told I need to turn back the clock.

And honestly?
I’m exhausted by all the fear around menopause.

Yes, things change.

But change doesn’t mean the best parts of your life are behind you.
You have more control than you think.

You can get stronger.
You can build healthier habits.
You can regain confidence.
You can feel good in your own skin again.

No fear mongering.
No false promises.
No chasing a younger version of yourself.

Just a woman in her 60s showing you what’s possible.

I’ve got you.

Let’s go. 💙

Maybe you don’t need another answer

Maybe you need to trust yourself enough to act on what you already know

What’s one thing you’ve been putting off?

06/04/2026

For years I thought the answer was another meal plan.

It wasn’t.

The real work started when I learned how to handle the things that were happening around the meal plan.

The stress.
The habits.
The late-night pantry visits.
The social pressure.
The patterns I didn’t even realize were running the show.

That’s where lasting change lives.

What’s one pattern in your life that keeps pulling you away from the person you’re trying to become?

Tell me below. 👇

As a recovered yo-yo dieter, I can tell you this...

There was a time when I thought the answer was more information.

Another book.
Another podcast.
Another meal plan.
Another expert.

What I eventually learned was that information wasn’t my problem.

Action was.

Research feels productive because it gives us the feeling that we’re moving forward.

But confidence isn’t built by learning more.

It’s built by doing.

By trying.
By stumbling.
By adjusting.
By trying again.

So here’s my question for you:

What’s ONE thing you already know you should be doing that you’re ready to start today?

Tell me below.

And if you know someone who is stuck in the “I just need more information” loop, share this with them.

For years, I thought the goal was to fix myself.

Lose the weight.
Get more organized.
Be more disciplined.
Figure everything out.

And if I’m being honest, there was always another thing waiting on the list.

What I’ve come to realize is that constantly focusing on what’s wrong with us can make us miss what’s actually happening.

We’re growing.
We’re learning.
We’re evolving.
We’re becoming.

At almost 60 years old, I can tell you this with certainty: some of the most meaningful chapters of my life have happened in the last decade.

Not because life got easier.
Not because I suddenly figured everything out.

But because I became more willing to try new things, step into uncomfortable rooms, and trust that I was still allowed to grow.

I think a lot of women quietly believe their becoming years are behind them.

I don’t.
I think there is still a version of you waiting to be discovered.

A stronger version.
A braver version.
A more fully expressed version.

The question isn’t what do you need to fix.

The question is:
Who are you becoming?

Tell me in one word below. 👇
I’m tired of being told it’s all downhill from here.
I’m tired of being told I’m broken.
I’m tired of being told I need to turn back the clock.

Today is June 1st.

The halfway point of the year is approaching, and for a lot of women, this is the time they start looking at everything that’s left to do.

The weight they still want to lose.
The habits they still want to build.
The goals they haven’t reached yet.

But what if, before you focus on what’s left, you took a moment to look at what you’ve already done?

Because belief doesn’t come from wishing.

Belief is built from evidence.

It’s built from the walks you’ve taken when you didn’t feel like it.
The boundaries you’ve held.
The workouts you’ve completed.
The meals you’ve planned.
The promises you’ve kept to yourself.

The problem is that most of us move so quickly to the next goal that we never stop long enough to lock those wins in.
And when we don’t acknowledge our progress, it’s hard to build confidence in our ability to keep going.
So today, take a moment.

Not to focus on how far you still have to go.
But to recognize how far you’ve already come.
Because every win you acknowledge becomes proof.

And proof builds belief.

And belief is what helps you stay consistent long after motivation fades.
