Self-trust includes grieving the version of you that once fit into places, relationships, and identities.

There comes a point when the goal is no longer getting back to who you were. It’s trusting who you’re becoming.

The nervous system loves what is familiar, even when it no longer serves us. Self-trust is choosing the unknown because you know you can meet yourself there.

1. Other people’s opinions don’t shake you like they used to.

2. You don’t need all the answers to take the next step.

3. When things go sideways, you trust yourself to handle them.

4. You’re drawn to people who are safe, steady, and honest.

5. You can admire others’ strengths without doubting your own worth.

6. When your mind spirals, you return to your body instead of the story.

7. You spend less energy controlling outcomes and more energy trusting yourself through them.

Self-trust isn’t about certainty.

It’s knowing you’ll have your own back, even when life feels uncertain.

But self-trust grows when you stop chasing certainty and start listening to yourself.

You need the willingness to trust your next step.

Your voice matters.
