Mini Lip Plump 

A little filler can go a long way when the goal is rejuvenation rather than added volume.

For this treatment, we used 0.5 mL of Revanesse Kiss to address fine vertical lines around the lips and provide subtle support to the lip area.

Rather than creating a noticeably fuller lip, the focus was on softening the appearance of lines and restoring a smoother, more youthful look while keeping the lips looking natural.

The result is a refreshed, rested appearance without changing the overall character of the lips.

When it comes to lip filler, the amount of product needed can vary significantly from patient to patient.

A 0.5 mL mini lip plump can be perfect for subtle hydration, definition or small refinements. However, for patients with naturally larger lips or more existing lip volume, a full 1 mL syringe may be more appropriate.

Larger lips have more tissue and surface area to work with, which means they can often accommodate more product while maintaining a natural-looking result. This gives us more room to enhance overall volume, lip height and definition in a way that is proportional to the patient’s anatomy.

For someone wanting a visible change in the size or height of their lips, 1 mL can provide the additional product needed to create that noticeable enhancement.

“More filler” isn’t always the answer to a less full face.

Most patients come in worried about the same thing: hollow cheeks, temple hollowing, under eye shadows, a jawline that’s lost some definition. The instinct is to reach for filler, but volume loss and skin laxity can look nearly identical, and treating one when it’s actually the other won’t get you the result you’re after.

Sagging skin without structural support can create the same shadows as genuinely lost volume, even when the tissue underneath hasn’t changed much. So the real question isn’t how much filler you need- It’s what’s actually happening to the tissue.

The goal wasn’t to add significant volume, but rather to improve the transition between the chin, jawline and lower face. By strategically placing filler through these areas, we can soften the appearance of pre-jowls and create a smoother, more balanced contour.

When you compare the before and after, you’ll notice a subtle improvement in definition and overall harmony of the lower face without making the chin look overly projected or filled.
