Your workup, bloodwork, prescription, and follow-up are included with your membership. You only pay the $300 infusion fee + medication cost.

✨ Pay-Per-Visit
No family provider? No problem. Our NPs can support you through the process, from assessment and bloodwork to prescription and infusion.

✨ Your Family Provider
Already have a family provider managing your care? They can refer you directly to Care& for your IV Iron infusion.
