From wine and gelato to great conversation on the patio, our Summer Get Together was the perfect way to celebrate the incredible people behind Stark Wellness Clinic.

Moments like these remind us why we love what we do (and who we do it with). Here's to more sunshine, more laughter, and more time together. 🍷🍨

Healing begins when you’re met with the right support, without unnecessary barriers.

In this clip from the Elevated Life Academy podcast, our Clinical Director Rotem Stark sits down with host Cherie Lindberg to talk about what it really means to access care that meets you where you are.

Too often, the barriers between people and the support they need aren’t about willingness, they’re about access. Rotem shares why removing those barriers is at the heart of how we built Stark Wellness Clinic.

Ever come home from vacation more exhausted than when you left? ✈️

We put so much pressure on trips to fix our burnout, strengthen our relationships, or help us feel like ourselves again. Add in the pressure to document every moment, and rest quietly turns into something we feel we need to justify.

Here's the thing: flight delays, closed restaurants, and different travel styles aren't signs the trip is failing. They're just what happens when you travel with real people.

Before your next trip, try this: choose one word for what you actually want from the experience (connection, curiosity, quiet). When plans change, ask yourself if it actually gets in the way of that word.

The body often tells the truth before the mind is ready to hear it. 🌿

Maybe it's the tension in your shoulders that never fully releases. The tightness in your chest before a hard conversation. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't seem to fix. Your body has been holding onto things, sometimes long before your mind can put words to them.

This is where somatic therapy comes in. Instead of only talking through what's happened, it helps you notice and release what's been stored in the body itself, so healing doesn't stop at understanding. It reaches the places words alone can't always get to.

If you've been feeling like something is off but can't quite explain it, your body might already know.

Six months into 2026, and if you're anything like us, you're already asking "where did the time go?" 🕰️

Before rushing into what's next, we're pausing to reflect. You might notice you're being harder on yourself than the year actually deserves. That one missed goal doesn't erase everything else you've carried and gotten through.

Growth isn't always loud. Sometimes it's the boundary you finally set, the hard month you got through, or the fact that you kept showing up even when it was difficult. All of that counts.

Our recent newsletter is a mid-year check-in: reflections on progress that isn't all or nothing, a few honest questions to ask yourself, and practical tools for communicating your needs and supporting your well-being.

If this resonates, you're not alone. Sign up for our free newsletter, link in our bio.

Ever notice there are two voices in your head?

One tells you that you've failed. The other tells you that you're learning.

Your inner critic is loud and fast: "You always ruin everything." "Why even bother trying."

Your inner coach is quieter, but kinder: "Progress counts, even when it's slow." "You showed up. That matters."

The goal isn't to silence the critic completely. It's to notice when it's talking, and choose to answer back as the coach instead.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads carrying more than they let on 🤍

You were taught to provide, protect, and keep going, but probably not how to talk about stress, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected. And the thing is, you're not struggling less than anyone else, you're just less likely to name it or ask for help.

This newsletter recap reflects on themes from our latest edition, where we explore what it actually costs to hold everything together quietly, and why showing up for everyone else shouldn't mean disappearing from yourself.

If this resonated with you, you're not alone. Sign up for our free newsletter for reflections like this, along with practical tools for communicating your needs and supporting your well-being (link in bio) ✨
