Meet Dr. Hashim Pervaiz!
Dr. Hashim Pervaiz earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo before completing his Doctor of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
During his clinical training, Dr. Pervaiz completed an ocular disease externship at the Erie VA Medical Center, where he gained experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of ocular conditions. He also completed a vision rehabilitation/therapy externship at the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry.
Dr. Pervaiz has special interests in pediatric optometry, vision therapy, and ocular disease. He is passionate about providing comprehensive, full-scope eye care and takes a personalized approach to each patient’s unique visual needs.
Dr. Pervaiz is an active member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. He is committed to providing thorough, evidence-based care while building trusting relationships with his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Pervaiz enjoys hockey, travelling, and working out.
