After 16 years of caring for babies, children, parents, and families, I’ve noticed patterns that keep showing up.
1. Survival mode can look productive, patient, anxious, exhausted, or numb.
2. Symptoms are often the body’s check engine light—not the enemy.
3. Babies and children learn regulation through co-regulation before they can do it on their own.
4. Healing isn’t about forcing your body. It’s about creating the conditions where it can do what it was designed to do.
5. Consistency regulates the body more deeply than intensity ever will.
6. The body adapts to stress so well that many people don’t realize they’ve been surviving until the body has had enough.
7. A body that feels safe responds differently.
At Chiropractic House, we focus on the health and communication of the nervous system.
We see the nervous system as the body’s master coordinator—helping us adapt to stress, connect with our environment, and function at our best.
Our goal isn’t simply to chase symptoms. It’s to support the body’s ability to communicate, adapt, and heal the way it was designed to ✨
