Meet Melissa.

She's a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a serious knack for connecting the dots that most people have stopped looking for.

The bloating that won't quit, the fatigue that follows you around, the skin stuff that keeps coming back. She uses functional testing to get actual answers and then builds a plan around them.

What we love about having Melissa in clinic is that nutrition has always been part of how we think about care here. She's the piece that helps it all click into place.

She'll be in twice a month, working alongside the rest of the team to fill in the gaps that hands-on treatment alone can't always reach.

She works one-on-one and in groups, in clinic and virtually, and she's brilliant with pre and postnatal nutrition too.

If you've been doing the work and still feel like something's missing, book with Melissa through the link in bio.

If your pelvic floor is tight and you’ve been doing yoga to fix it, you’re probably missing one thing.

Most traditional poses actually ask your body to grip, not release. Your glutes brace to stabilize. Your inner thighs hold so you don’t fall. And all of that tension feeds directly into your pelvic floor staying short.

We filmed three poses side by side so you can see exactly what we mean. The traditional version versus a small modification that actually lets the tissues let go.

Save this one. Your body will thank you later.

Paula has endometriosis.
She's also a social worker.

And for years, she sat across from clients who were saying things she recognized — "my mood crashes out of nowhere," "I feel fine in my life but not in my body," "some days I just don't feel like myself" — and she knew the standard mental health toolbox wasn't giving them the full picture.

Her new blog gets into something that doesn't get talked about enough: the real link between hormonal health and how you feel mentally and emotionally. Not in a vague, "hormones affect mood" way — in a specific, personal, clinically grounded way that actually explains why you might be doing all the "right" things and still feeling off.

If you've ever been told "it's just PMS" and felt that land somewhere deep as a dismissal, this one is worth a read. Link is in our bio.

Every spring, families power through sneezing, headaches, brain fog, and tight chests and just... accept it.

Allergies aren't just a nose problem.
They affect your ribs, your jaw, your digestion, your sleep, and your energy.

Your body is asking for more than an antihistamine.

Andrew Feshanets, our osteopath at Body Co., takes a whole-body approach to allergy season, working with your structure, your nervous system, and your fascia to help you and your family actually breathe this spring.

No more sneezing your way through May.

👇 Read the full blog (link in bio) and book a visit with Andrew if you are ready to address your allergies outside of drugstore options.

These small actions are the backbone of our small business. In an industry where relationships are everything, our community is our greatest asset.

Thank you to everyone who supports our team every day.

Well caffeinated animals at that…..

But in all seriousness, if you are putting off coming in because you’re afraid of the work it is going to involve you should know that we are humans too.

Our job is to make your rehab realistic before we ever get into aspirational. We are really good at meeting our clients where they are.

Saturday physiotherapy is officially happening. 👏

Meet Nikita Gaud, our newest Registered Physiotherapist joining us every Saturday at Body Co. No more choosing between your workweek and your recovery.

Nikita works with people navigating orthopaedic injuries, concussion and vestibular rehab, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She's certified in Complete Concussion Management and holds Level 1 pelvic health training. Her approach is straightforward: she listens, assesses properly, and builds a plan around your actual life and goals.

If Saturdays are the only day that works for you, this is your sign. Pelvic floor physio in particular has been a tough one to access during the week, and that changes now.

New clients welcome. Book with Nikita through the link in our bio.
