What if you started your Thursday like this? 🌅
Bare feet on the earth.
The lake in front of you.
The sun rising.
Breathing, moving and remembering how extraordinary it is to be alive.
This Thursday’s Sunrise Sadhana continues our exploration of the navel centre—our centre of power, will and our capacity to bring what we envision into form.
This week is another gentle entry into that connection, with lots of deep breathing in different postures, a few interesting twists and surprises 😉, and one particularly joyful exercise that brings our attention directly to the navel.
The kriya invites us into a deeper appreciation of the wonder of our physical form—and how lucky we are to be here, in these bodies, experiencing this life.
We’ll finish with a classic Kundalini meditation for prosperity to leave you feeling blissful, confident and ready to walk your path toward creating your heart’s desire. ✨

✨ No Kundalini Yoga experience necessary
Bring: a yoga mat, water and warm layers. September mornings by the lake can start off quite cool, so I highly recommend bringing a blanket for meditation and savasana.

How often do you give yourself permission to greet the day before the rest of the world wakes up?
Tomorrow, we’ll gather on the shores of Lake Ontario for our first Sunrise Sadhana of August, during the powerful 8:8 Lion’s Gate window—a time many associate with opening ourselves to purpose, possibility, and new opportunities.
Our theme this month is The Heart of Prosperity.
Prosperity extends far beyond material wealth. It is having the opportunities and resources to bring your soul’s purpose magnificently to life.
Together, we’ll explore a beautiful Kundalini Yoga practice that cultivates radiance through the natural rhythm of giving and receiving. As we become more open to life, we also become more aware of the people, opportunities, ideas, and resources that support our purpose.
And there is something extraordinary about doing this in nature, at sunrise, in community. The quiet of the morning, the energy of the lake, and the rising sun create an experience that amplifies the practice in ways that are difficult to put into words.
✨ A few tips if an early start feels intimidating:
• Set everything out before you go to bed tonight.
• Bring layers—the lake can be cool at sunrise.
• Simply wake up, get dressed, and come.
• I promise...once you’re there, you’ll be so glad you did.

Cost should never stand between you and getting the support you need to design your life. Making psychotherapy services accessible is a core value of the Design Your life Centre and is exemplified by our Full Circle Program. The Full Circle Program was created for those who otherwise could not afford psychotherapy due to financial barriers. They get access to 10 sessions with our psychotherapist-in-training, who provides services under my supervision, at a rate of $25/hr. If this is the opportunity you have been waiting for if you know of someone who could use this support now, do not hesitate to take advantage of this opportunity. Fiona, our psychotherapist with Full Circle is wonderful and has immediate availability right now. Go to my link in bio to apply and see if you qualify. , , , ,

Trying to conceive can feel incredibly lonely — especially when you’re someone who is used to navigating life by working harder, planning better, and doing everything “right.”
But conception asks something different from us.
Connection.
To the body.
To ourselves.
To something deeper than fear.
After more than 10 years supporting women through the fertility journey as a psychologist, I created Conscious Conception to offer a more grounded, emotionally supportive, and embodied approach to fertility.

No one prepares high-achieving women for the uncertainty, pressure, and emotional complexity of trying to conceive.
Over the years, I’ve watched many women navigate this journey while feeling deeply disconnected from themselves beneath the constant optimizing, researching, and overthinking.
Conscious Conception was created as a different kind of space.
A space to slow down.
Reconnect.
Reflect.
And approach this chapter from a more grounded and conscious place.
If this resonates, I’d love to welcome you.

If you can’t focus… you can’t manifest.
Not because you’re not powerful
but because your energy is being pulled in too many directions
This is why I’ve become so deeply committed to Kundalini yoga
It trains your ability to hold your energy
and direct it toward what you actually want
Focus isn’t discipline
It’s a capacity
And it can be built
This Sunday, I’m guiding a live activation on reclaiming focus
inside the Sovereign Feminine Circle
If you’ve been feeling scattered… this is for you

Manifestation doesn’t begin with the mind.
It begins in the body.
In feeling.
In aliveness.
In the subtle, powerful state that shapes what you attract.
—
This Sunday, we explore manifesting through feeling —
strengthening the aura, awakening life force energy, and creating from within.
—
For the woman who is ready to move beyond effort…
and into embodied alignment.

Today was absolutely perfect. It started with teaching to a full Shala followed by a delicious breakfast . Then back to for a nap on the beach and an epic beach walk with a dear friend. The beach was absolutely stunning in playa today. It felt like a birthday gift from Mother Earth herself. Then a super fun murder mystery dinner at home with friends who all came in character and THE Best meal courtesy of Laboratorio Casaemilia. Thank you to everyone for your beautiful birthday wishes. I feel so .
